Simple, on time, and ready to hand to whoever runs your door hangers, mailers or canvassing.
Each week we pull new permits from official county and city open data: roofing, mechanical/HVAC, pool, screen enclosures, solar, windows.
Records are matched to your ZIP codes and trade, de-duplicated, and grouped by street so clusters are easy to spot.
Monday morning: a readable summary plus a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.
Select a trade for the permit types behind it, why they matter, and last week's counts (Oct 10–16, 2026, all covered areas).

Each feed reported permits every week for the past 6 weeks and is current by Monday delivery (Port St. Lucie refreshes weekly, on Sunday). Counted Oct 20, 2026, for permits issued Oct 10–16. Categories are matched from each permit's type and description, so a permit can count in more than one column. "—" means the source has no separate screen-enclosure category. Manatee "residential" excludes permit types marked commercial. Port St. Lucie categories use the city's permit-type codes; roof and HVAC include trade sub-permits, which can share an address with the main permit. *Hillsborough's feed covers building permits only: most re-roof and A/C changeout permits are filed as separate trade permits that aren't in it, so its roof and HVAC counts are low. It's best for pool and insurance buyers. Hillsborough's feed posts with a lag of a few days.
We only sell areas where the government publishes permit data through an official open feed that has updated every week, so you never pay for a list we can't deliver.
